Aaron Ditto - CEO/Founder

After leaving his last position as Director of IT for a human management consulting firm in downtown Chicago, Aaron started 9th Node as a small hosting company to help small and local businesses develop a strong and scalable online presence. Since then, Aaron has supported hundreds of businesses worldwide.

Aaron has over 15 years of computer and network administration experience. Supporting Windows, Linux & Mac operating systems as well as industry leading Cisco, VMWare & Citrix and other hardware and software technologies, Aaron is an all around "IT solutions provider".

Website & Application Development

Aaron specialises in website design and development for WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal and many other Open Source Content Management Systems. He has been programming in HTML, CSS, PHP, .NET & Coldfusion for over 10 years and has built and launched over 100 sites.

Sarah Merciez - Web Designer / Research Analyst

After teaching English from elementary school up to college students in China, Sarah transitioned to this field as a copywriter and marketer. Working exclusively with small businesses, she learned quickly to diversify her skills and has also become adept at web design, Google Analytics, and topical research. Her teachable spirit and willingness to try anything makes her an excellent asset to our small business team.

With a developed understanding for the particulars of web writing, Sarah writes web copy, blogs, and marketing pieces that capture the attention of both search engines and consumers.
